Inspiration:
I've heard something about never writing on paintings, but sometimes we need it to reinforce the message. After a conversation I had with a friend about illustrations I decided to completely change the direction of this artwork. It felt really good to put this out there!

Faces do Tempo (Faces of Time) series
First consolidation of my last +15 years producing intuitive illustrations, to document experiences of my life in Brazil. There are 13 different faces inspired in real people who crossed my path. Collectively, they were used here to compound each one of the 8 paintings and the narratives of a certain time I present. This is the painting number 08.
