Inspiration:
After seen Van Gogh works up close a few times, I decided to create an artwork with very pronounced strokes. This painting is a homage to the Brazilian flag and the diversity of our people. The Bonfim ribbon, a traditional lucky souvenir from Salvador Bahia, was placed in specific areas of the painting.

Faces do Tempo (Faces of Time) series
First consolidation of my last +15 years producing intuitive illustrations, to document experiences of my life in Brazil. There are 13 different faces inspired in real people who crossed my path. Collectively, they were used here to compound each one of the 8 paintings and the narratives of a certain time I present. This is the painting number 03.
