My first group exhibition in Amsterdam
Last Saturday was a very special moment for me, the opening of my very first group exhibition in Amsterdam!
I am extremely grateful to be part of this show and to have the chance to meet and talk with several artists at different stages of their journeys. The artworks in the exhibition vary greatly in colour, size, complexity, and concept, but what brought us all together at this moment in time was the common desire to express our humanity through painting.
I’d like to celebrate each one of the artists involved in this exhibition and say to you all: just keep going!! Great things take time, so enjoy this moment and be truly proud of yourself and your accomplishment!
Starting something new is never an easy task, and I know that for sure! The painting I have in the exhibition is called Untitled Rebirth, and it represents exactly what the title suggests. We never know what the future holds for each of us, and there are absolutely no guarantees.
Still, we can choose to believe that, after a moment of struggle, we can always start again.
Exhibition happening at the Boomsspijker Amsterdam, until April 13!
📍Recht Boomssloot 52, 1011 EC, open from 10 AM to 10 PM on weekdays and occasionally open on weekends.
