My first Art Market : Kunstmarkt Noord
The world needs more people like you, the people with the courage to take risks, chase big dreams, and support others along the way. People with vision, who decide to buy an original piece of artwork from a total stranger! People who show up to support a friend, bringing flowers and a meaningful gift. People who surprise you by simply being there, and those who stop by just to give a hug and wish you luck. Real people.
Mutual support, positivity, hope, collective strength, and power in the correct hands to do the right things. This is what the world truly needs at this moment.
I can’t express how happy and proud I am after this experience at @kunstmarktnoord last weekend. I never imagined my work would attract so much attention and curiosity. Creating in the studio is one thing, but standing in front of people, talking, explaining, and learning from them, that’s something else entirely.
I’m extremely grateful for being part of the event for the first time and for meeting so many amazing people over these two days. Like most things in my artistic journey, this was another experiment. I’m still processing it all, but I know already that the impact and the lessons learned were immense!!
To everyone who stopped by, talked, purchased, took photos, or just looked, thank you! You are all incredible. A special thank you to my wife, Bianca, for working alongside me the entire weekend, I was not expecting that! To my excellent stand neighbours Carla, Nora and Dima. And of course thank you very much Lisa, Lana, and the entire team, for organizing everything so beautifully.
